    Sign the contract!
SHOPPV, Sky Box Office, the live event from MGM Resorts (T-Mobile Arena plus the closed circuit across the MGM properties and the blackout of the fight everywhere else).

That's only part of the picture, but the fight will be bigger than folks realize.

did not aj say "give me 50 mil and i will sign" yes or no? its like instead of you all hoping the fight is made you are coming up with excuses and acting like you are promoters instead of fans. wtf is going on here?

      • If it is a 'real' offer then who really wants to see them fight anyone else .They are both proven to be a little vulnerable but still at this moment the most exciting .Get them in there next.

        • The replies from the anti-Wilder fans are probably as ridiculous as ever in this thread. I'm gonna go over them to have a laugh.

1 million buys in the US = $70 - $80 million (so call it $35 - $40 million to the fighters) ***purely speculative, but there's some comparables to work with here

1.5 million buys from Sky = $40 million (not sure if the split is half but call it $20 million to the fighters) ***this number is almost a certainty, Joshua's PPV numbers are solidified

Live Gate at T-Mobile = $30 million (I believe promoters keep these proceeds) ***pretty strong data to support this number for the gate

This does not include sponsorship fees (which would be $5 million - $10 million) ***again strong support for this

Site fee and closed circuit (unknown)

Merchandise and misc. ($5 million) ***speculative, but merch sales for MayPac was north of $20 million

So taking the conservative ranges on payout:
35+20+30+5+5= $95 million pot for the fighters

This whole thing rest on assumptions made about the US PPV and live gate numbers.

I assume they are tracking this fight closely to the Alvarez v. GGG fight. When you think about the time horizon and the obsession with HWs, it's not that far fetched that this fight could actually beat that 1.3 million buys figure.

Remember Alvarez and GGG are not household names here at all. Wilder and Joshua can do some serious press events here too. This math isn't all THAT crazy to imagine.

            • Listen to the delusional AJ protectors already practicing their excuses. There is no truth inside of them. See Shelly Finkel's interview with Adam Smith (the latter trying to lie about the currency):

              • Did he say no rematch clause?
Which unification or championship fights have no rematch clause in them these days!!?
Except for the rematch clause it's a damn good offer of guaranteed 50mil.. AJ and Hearn got to seriously consider this one..

If it's a real contract then it's more than fair and will be signed but it's also fair to include a guarantee and where they intend to do the fight as Hearn requested.

Can't just say "50m" take it or leave it. Hearn has every right to ask for that money to be guaranteed, no?

Unless there's a real contract sent then there's no real offer. Let's see how the next few days unfold. Seems you just want to label them duckers and claim people don't want to see the fight and have a very one eyes view on how everything transpires.

You deserve Trump & he deserves you. Bluster & Bull**** from DiBallbag & co. Apparently there’s a 24 hour window to accept or decline. What utter garbage. They’ll have their phones turned off until tomorrow night then.
Wilder & his team are an embarrassment.
so the 12.5 mil was legit and if wilder didnt take it hes ducking, then you all say where is the counter offer and team wilders silence is a sign they are scared and it comes and you still find ways to blame wilder, phones turned off??? wtf is wrong with you people? lmaoooo this is crazy. AJ asked for 50mil and he would take the fight, he replied on social media saying lets get it on. instead of you fans salivating to see the fight you are throwing more road blocks. u are not promoters, you have never saw even $500,000 let alone 100,000 why n the hell do you care? let them make the fight and you as a fan should be excited to see it
