Breazeale himself said that he was preparing in the gym for Wilder and not waiting on a "last second" announcement like what was done for Washington. This is on video.
Now for those that are "convinced" that Wilder and his crew have the money, let me run this down for you...
When Wilder won the WBC title from Bermane Stiverne in 2015, he got a 1 million dollar purse for that particular fight. Against Molina, he got 1.4 million. Same for the Duhaupas fight. 1.5 million for the Szpilka fight.
Then we get to the part where he is supposed to fight Alexander Povetkin for the WBC title as Povetkin was his mandatory. Negotiations for this fight fall through as an agreement was not made so they went to a purse bid.
"Ryabinsky, Povetkin's promoter, bid $7.15 million while attorney Alex Dombroff, representing promoter Lou DiBella, who works with Wilder, offered $5,101,000.42."
Wilder was set to get up to 5 million for that fight and then the testing thing happened so he didn't get that money...still hasn't got it and looks like he won't ever get it...now back to the timeline.
Sooooo next he fights Chris Arreola, another 1.4 million. Washington fight he gets 900K. The 2nd Stiverne fight 1.4 million, and the Ortiz fight 2.1 million.
Now folks are actually going to believe what Wilder is saying about Joshua getting a 50 million dollar guarantee when Wilder HIMSELF has never earned 2.5 million in a fight. Get the entire hell out of here.
Wilder has not earned more in his highest purse than Golovkin in his fight against Kell Brook, but we are supposed to believe that not only Wilder and his team can guarantee 50 million dollars to Joshua, but also that they expect the revenue for the fight between the two will be more than the Tyson-Holyfield rematch...
This is the most hilarious stuff I have ever seen in the sport ROTFLMAO
wilders previous purses and opponents all go out the window when you bring joshua into the equation
joshua is not stiverne...joshua isnt povetkin..joshua isnt frenchie...joshua is supposed to be world superstar...joshua is not molina.....
and wilder doesnt have to come up with the money out of his own bank acount you knob
he has al haymon and showtime behind him...al got 500 mil for a boxing series..al also made floyd a billion dollar earner
you are a knob

Pitiful mortal.
The lack of sense within you is prevalent.
I am entertained by the comedy that you have presented. Let's get at what you stated here
"he has al haymon and showtime behind him...al got 500 mil for a boxing series..al also made floyd a billion dollar earner"
For starters, 500 million is not that much money when you are managing multiple boxers, putting up reservations for the venues for the fights, paying out the fighters, spending money for promotion and getting TV time slots and magazine and website ads, covering travel expenses, creating a payroll for other employees, and more. That is why the purse payouts for many of these fighters don't go higher than 2 million.
Second, Floyd was the key factor in Floyd being a billion dollar earner. While Haymon may have been the manager, Floyd was the one who appeared in shows on TV and worked on Wrestlemania. He is the one that put himself out there and marketed himself as the most hated man in the sport, and got people to come in droves to watch to see him lose.
Yet again, people like you are thoroughly convinced that a fighter who has NEVER been paid more than 2.1 million by Haymon himself for any fight since he got signed under the PBC banner will be able to come up with at LEAST 50 million dollars for Joshua and be so certain that the fight will generate as much money as Holyfield-Tyson II when neither Joshua or Wilder are not and have not ever been as popular as either Holyfield or Tyson...
Absolute hilarity on these forums.

"it was floyd that put himself out there"...ya man it was all his idea!!!! it was his idea to go to wwe and do shows to get his name out there! or it was his managers and advisors! 75 percent of forum runs around yelling how dumb floyd is now you want to act like hes some PR genius! lol
again...you dont understand logic....what wilder has been paid against other opponents in the past has no bearing...none of those other opponents have been joshua....wilder vs stiverne is not wilder/joshua...wilder vs ortiz is not wilder vs joshua...people brand joshua as an international superstar....this fight is a seperate entity you dumb twat
you really should kill yourself or find another hobby...you dont belong here with men trying to discuss a sport you dont understand...i actually feel pretty bad for you
