But HBO should axe the Canelo rematch. Get GGG in with a mando or Saunders. Put some money behind Jacobs and see who the biggest name he can get is. This time only Sulecki would step up. Bigger fights take more money to make. Throw some at Andrade before Charlo gets him. Make Ali-Brook if Ali gets passed Beefy and keep Big Baby going on his good contender run. **** ain't rocket science. Arum hit the ground running and put HBO 3rd place right out the gate.

I do that for Boxnation because i can only watch AJ fights and the WBSS fights in my country...

I happen to like the Superfly series so I hope they keep doing that. I also see an opening for the WSBB cruiser final.

HBO can invest in the lower weights and make outstanding fights.

The only reason that is is because they pay those guys less than 1 mil combine for the whole card. Some of those fighters started complaining about the pay.

Shiiit! You can get with ^^^ this or you can get with HBO. The fact is, the PBC and Showtime has been kicking HBO's ass all year in telecasting fights because they have a much deeper talent roster than HBO.

yet HBO always beats them in the ratings head to head LOL. all these greet fight cards sure aren't adding any new subscribers for showtime.

I just subscribed to Showtime. I never missed their fights but I had to make sure I won't.

they can complain all they want its still the most pay and exposure they will get. it was roman and estrada who complained about the money and they have both since lost their in no position to make those demands. HBO gets good ratings and does it without overspending like pbc does with its mismatches. its a win win for HBO.

i'm expecting them to scale back and only put on a few fight cards a year. this looks really, really bad, especially given what's gone on with canelo and how poorly the end of golovkin's career has gone.
