HBO should just pull the plug on boxing

They definitely don't invest in boxing like they once have but I still like having options. It doesn't benefit the sport if they cut boxing it just means less people will be watching. They still have good names on hbo and decent matchups so I don't know why some of you want them to fail

Mammoth, I agree. I will say this though, with 3G vs Vanes, it should’ve just not happen! They are trying to convert a 1.1-2 million PPV fight on to reg HBO, which is turning into a bust. I know G wants to fight but it sucks! Ali-Beefy, is a schit fest, but may turn into a good fight. The DJ fight is the sleeper.
All in all I agree with your views. Since Peter Nelson has taken over, it’s been super schitty! I believe they really want to just survive on a PPV basis. If they corral BJS over, hey should run a reg HBO tourney for the middleweight division, that’s the only thing I can see reviving them, temporarily

Sopranos, Wire, Deadwood, Curb your enthusiasm. Best TV and great boxing fights. Soon as they started cutting the budget for GoT, stopped coming up with new innovative tv shows, and producing feminist comedies (e.g. lezbos and shows about g4ys) and politically correct ******* comedies their userbase decreased and so did their boxing budget. **** em' and Lampley. Also, they got rid of Merchant who was like a drunk uncle who was tolerated but brutally honest and replaced him with corporate a$$licking Kellerman. Their TV and boxing line up compared to their glorious 90s and 00s era is absolute dreck.
