Robert Garcia himself hinted at this about a year ago, he said Carlos cuadras liked the party scene too much and does addicting things a fighter should not do.

Let me refuse the drug test then go into rehab and pretend I have recreational drug use problems...seems legit. Canelo Should've thought of this before cuadras did.

Hmmm, so this is why he refuse testing? At least he is seeking help.

But what the hell could he have been doing for his back to look like that?

That's hard, man, and deeply cynical, but I can see your point. Boxing fans are far more likely to be forgiving of guy who's got issues with recreational drugs than a PED cheat. I ain't saying this ain't legit... if MEXfistology is correct it seems like it might be, but it'd also be a smart way to divert attention away from the real issue. I'd be deeply su****ious of any fighter who comes out with a similar story in future.

Excluding drugs, that could have to do with the bad quality of stuff he ingests, either food or other stuff. Sometimes people do have a problem with skin diseases. It would be interesting to know.

Did anyone give a close look to Ricardo Mayorga's face, for example? It's volcanic, to say the least.
