Look at his back. I've been saying that.

I mean, why would "recreational drugs" make him skip a test? If he tested positive for weed/coke/meth/whatever, people would be understanding that he's got a problem, but the fact he refused to take the test just says to me that he has something in his urine that would hurt his reputation as a fighter (i.e. ped's).
