Dude has always had horrendous skin. I’ve known guys who’ve had bacne since their teens. Shi t is gross but it doesn’t mean peds. Some people eat like s hit or the diet just has em break out or just naturally have bad skin. I dont read too much into bacne unless it’s new and even then it’s not a guarantee.
