Davis vs Loma is 50/50 fight imo

Both match each other in offensive skill. Davis had the edge in power while Loma has the edge in defense. Loma also has the better footwork but Davis has youth on his side. I don't see Loma running through Davis. I actually think Mikey would be an easier fight for Loma than Davis.

I've got Loma dominating. I don't think Davis is on that level, or even the level below Loma, to be honest.

lol, not even close. Davis would be very lucky to even win a feel out round.

      It's a mismatch.

Davis is a special fighter. P4P he would be top 3 in every division.

I don't see the "special" factor in him. I saw it in Ward, in Mayweather, Loma, M Garcia. That special instinct.

What I see in Davis is the same thing I saw in Broner; a talented guy who is hyped too hard because of a Mayweather connection. I said it about Broner and I'll say it about Tank; I don't see the same instincts that I do in truly great fighters.

Walters could come back and after a tune up stop tank in under 5. Tank's experience level is at about 4

I just disagree. Tank is actually more talented than Broner and who has M.Garcia beaten?

People just don't see the variable here. He did great against an opponent that could not do anything to stop him. I agree with you Red...I don't know about dominated but he should fight Dibbs, first, get some steps up the ladder first.

Davis has good shoulder movement on his punches, he gets real nice extension but he also is very forward over his lead leg to get his punches off. He might get some problems with a good jab that keeps him back and or, from getting his punches off.

This fight could get ugly if it goes to the later round like every other Loma fight. Tank best bet is the early rounds. His last fight and the Pedroza fight he looked like he gassed at points and with Loma i think that would be the moment he would be in trouble.

Right now Davis has nothing to do vs Loma, but in the future maybe he can have a decent fight, as you say he is highly talented.

Mikey can't do nothing vs Loma not only today but in the future, even Linares is a better challenge for him than Mikey.
