If you cant see he has improved alot since then idk what to tell you....
Salido isn't that good to begin with look what Marquez did to him, the fact that Loma was in that kind of trouble against Salido questions his boxing skills and if they are at Floyd and Whitaker type level, and this is what everyone is claiming, so i just simply question it and want to see more from him, but no doubt he's legit world champion level, but Whitaker and Floyd level is truly great and a table with not to many seats filled and alot of empty chairs, because they are hard to fill.

    You have to show me.

Marquez also was fighting his 46th professional fight compared to Loma's 2nd fight. Salido didn't have near the experience level in 2004 as he did in 2014 either he's a guy that came into his own years after the Marquez fight.

If you look throughout Boxing history many greats lost early fights and to fighters far less accomplished than Salido. Arguello, Marquez, Armstrong, Hopkins etc; we are talking all-time greats with losses to nobodies.

I will give you that everyone knows Marquez is a Mexican legend and a legit all time great, but i just think Davis is slaying Goliath Loma and doing it with inside body work and intelligent pressure and that's my pick.
