'People like me', huh?
I can understand exactly why he'd take Vanes as a short name opponent - I don't like it, but I do believe he got what he could on short money and short notice and to express it a different way it doesn't bother me and due to the circumstances I won't be blaming Golovkin for making that fight although I do reserve the right to say that the fight itself is, frankly, a bit ****.
Golovkin's credibility? I meant what I said. He needs to take care of business and stop following the ginger kid around. I like him as a fighter, always will - been a bit of a cheerleader since I started posting here back in 2013, but I've never felt that his insistence on holding out for the big names was a good look, however understandable. Mostly it didn't really matter but turning away from the Saunders' unification last year was a real mistake in my eyes, and basically showed that GBP were calling all the shots.
