How do we know he's agreed to fight there? He's gone back on his statement that he'll accept any offer and doesn't care about the money so it's possible he's gone back on where the fight happens.

Joshua's promoter has done a better job for him than Haymon has for Wilder. Apparently he's got the less charismatic fighter, the smaller fan base, the smaller market l and the inferior fighter yet he's secured three titles, two unifications and purses over $15m in front of 80-90k people.

I'm not a fan. I've never gone to see him live. I'll root for him over Wilder though because Wilder's new fan base (which will go away once he loses) are annoying, obnoxious and extremely predictable and tedious. Plus Wilder's style sucks and he's an annoying thug.

In the renegotiation period I expect Edward to come correct with

*2 fight Package*

*rematch clause for both*

*money split - 65(AJ)/ 35(Wilder) or 60 (AJ)/ 40(Wilder)*

*rematch clause comes with if AJ is defeated then Wilder gets reverse money split in his favor and if AJ wins then he can take more in the split*

*Fight staged in UK at Wembley Stadium and if Wilder wins then rematch staged in T Mobile arena in Las Vegas*

*AJ gets his UK PPV percentage and Wilder gets his US PPV percentage, both can get some reasonable percentage of the international PPV percentages*

To not have a childish vendetta doesn't = fan.

I'm a fan of Boxing and like most fighters. I can honestly say I am a fan of Lomachenko, Crawford, Estrada, Chocolatito and Usyk. I've felt fit to pay to watch them live something I am yet to do with Joshua and am unlikely to do so unless he fights in LA or Vegas.


Wilder is one of the few I dislike and his fans are some of the dumbest and represent the worst of the sport IMO. Bandwagon fans that came around recently because they don't like another guy. I will correctly predict they won't be around next year so big deal if "they don't like me". Who cares? I'm a grown up who couldn't care less if some crybaby bandwagon flavor of the month fans don't like me. I'll continue to watch Boxing and go to the fights and have real conversations with real Boxing fans.
