You can talk all you like. The numbers don't back you up.

Wilder-Joshua PPV and gate rev will be ridiculous, $12.5 mill is about as bad as Mayweather's $40 mill flat to Pacquiao.

Wilder should take this deal. He is the b side and it will feel like he's made it in life when he headlines for 2.5 mil. 5 times your last payday? Hell yeah.

He's had zero ppv in his life...

Even parker has been on YouTube ppv lol

The poll is highlighting the smart people like myself and the dumbasses put there.

Rumours of it being a 12 to 88 percent split is false. Remember that revenue is different to purses... Does this fight even generate 100 million purse?

Don’t know who this guy is but is offer doesn’t sound right with what both Joshua and Hearn have said. They have said numerous times wilder won’t accept a flat fee so they will only offer a % split

Thank you for your opinion. Do you have any experience, expertise or insight that would allow you to intelligently determine whether Wilder should accept this deal?

Because anybody with any experience negotiating contracts of this nature would realize Hearn's job is to send a low ball offer first. You say Wilder should take the deal. Why would he take the worst offer? What sense does that make? You don't really think Hearn won't improve his offer do you? You don't really think Hearn is an idiot who sent his best offer first do you?

There is more to boxing than megastars. Vegas supports a lot of fighters, if there was not a market for it we wouldn't have boxing. Your confusing different elements of the demographic. Fights are hardly promoted these days, they cost a fortune and fighters are taught to hold off fighting each other, thats not Las Vegas' fault.

I actually think Europe is great at showing support for fighters, but its not because they are "stars." Same in Mexico... the fighters are supported because of fight fans, and fight fans come from all over the world to see all fighters in Vegas. If you had been around in the seventies, for example, you would have seen a similar situation in this country and not just with Vegas. King who was an awful human being had great fight cards in places like Madison Square Garden, Philly, Africa!

Fighters don't sell fights. When you are in that mode you want to fight and given their own devices they would not choose to fight the lesser guy, ever. What sells fights is a sustained campaign to put fights to eyeballs. Stars come and go, but in the golden age of boxing the heavy weight champ was always a star! because people knew what it was to be the champ. this carried to the other divisions, and there were boxing gyms everywhere and trainers who knew boxing.

The Europeans are great in their support of their fighters. Joshua, though a handsome kid, has the charisma of a doorpost lol. Its not Star power, thats my point...Froch looked like a coal minor, and fought in a very predictable fashion... And Hatton? Forget about it! but in all cases the fans show support. Thats a great thing about England and the rest of Europe to a degree. But my friend, Vegas is international, it will fill up just fine to accomidate fans from everywhere. Also Deontay is Charismatic which will eventually hopefully help the draw.

Thats it robbie you and I on the cobbles, last one standing is not a bellend!

Heres the thing you might want to reconsider. Was Mayweather a star? How did he become a star? Was Gatti a star? heres what I am getting at: there is no magic designation that says this guy is a star, this guy is not, people follow a means to become a star. Zab Judah never followed a trajectory to make him a star... Yet he was an exciting fighter and a lot better than Gatti really. Gatti found his appeal to Yanks in the cities around Jersey...that how he became a star.

Wilder will be introduced to stardom when he fights other contenders and he has the charisma, thats why he will become a household name. Vegas is a really big boxing venue and it is international in scope.

Hearn should have added the word "mug" to his offer to make sure Wilder rejected it, "Take or leave it, mug". He's in trouble if Wilder accepts.
