It's low but I hope Wilder considers it. Its' clear AJ/Hearn don't want to risk a fight against him.

Wilder may have to do what countless others have done-Floyd, Kov, etc-take short money for the exposure and go beat his ass.

Considering Wilder's record of opponents, which directly reflects his current low earning potential, he should accept. If he goes to AJ's backyard and whips him, he becomes the baddest mofo on the planet and can potentially write his own ticket for the rematch.

I think the only honest thing that can be said is that none of us know. It's fun speculating and bickering about it. But, anyone here who thinks they truly know is fooling themselves, IMO. Deontay himself might not even know. But, that's why boxers pay professionals to take care of this sort of thing.

Their fight will decide who the champ is. Joshua isn't the hvw champion and that's a fact. Bogus titles are and will always be bogus titles. Lineal champions are always champions over other guys who hold trinkets. Castillejo and Stevenson I believe were and are lineal champions.

So how will this decide the champ if Tyson Fury is the lineal champ?

Lineage can be screwed up and isn't always the true champion. For example Castielljo was clearly inferior to Reid, Vargas and especially Trinidad and only a moron would say he was better and the champ at that time. The lineal had died and then all of a sudden Terry Norris was lineal. How did Norris become lineal when the title had been vacated by Hearns years prior?
