Hagler in his prime fought Wilford Scypion, not exactly a top opponent. Mustafa Hamsho too, who had only beaten a load of actual bums. These weren't world class opposition

My point is that people act like all these old fighters fought top opposition all the time, going through murderers row. They didn't. Plenty of the ATG's fought soft touches in their primes too.

They really weren't. Hamsho lost every title shot he got.

Also, my point was that he had only fought a load of bums when Hagler fought him. Plenty of fighters today would have got crucified for that kind of opponent choice if they were meant an elite fighter.

Come on, now, that rematch was the biggest scheduled fight so far this year. Now that Cuntnelo has ruined it with his exposure as a cheat, I agree that Golovkin should drop him from his list. Let's hope he dumps him and moves on to bigger, better things.

Hamsho was a bum. You know what it is gentlemen, when those guys were coming up people listened to the media as gospel but we had nothing else to compare it too. Also, Hamsho wasn't exactly on US tv a whole lot so defiitely not much to compare it to.

In the digital age we have access to all those fights and when you watch Hamsho fight, he looks like a b to c level calibre fighter.

Look at him against lalonde, I know it's towards the end of his career, but this guy looks horrible. Just 12 years in, didn't hit the 14 year average.



Look at a much fresher Hamsho vs Czyz, HORRID!!! 7 years pro.
