Loma got two medals and a title in his 3rd pro fight!...

but he shoulda turned pro right? beating on bums rather than world class Olympic athletes....

    right.......
World class olympic athletes? Most of them were also bums. Never amounted to anything after the amateurs. Biggest names he beat that turned pro were Oscar Valdez and Verdejo. Maybe Cottos cousin Abner. Don't act like he was fighting top competition. The best amateur fighters his age were turning pro while he kept fighting teenagers

Loma's biggest win was against a world class fighter that had to come up to weight classes to fight him. Not really impressed by a grown man beating teenagers to win a medal. If he was as good as everyone thinks he could have turned pro and won a title before he turned 21 like Floyd and Tyson. I doubt Loma even last on top for another 10 years.

Side note: Doesn't it seem like forever since the Loma/Rigo fight??

Just as a curiosity thought, if Lomachenko whips him, will he still be protected?

          Of course he will.

I'm not exaggerating but if Loma's next 5 fights see him beat Linares, Pacquaio (for a title at 147), Ramirez, Garcia and Crawford he'd still be protected.

I like Linares but Loma will take Linares to school.

This will be easy work for Loma, how ever I will say this..... even if linares gets dominated in a round he seems to do an ali shuffle and the judges give it to him.

I think your right he should just go straight to heavy weight and **** up AJ and Wilder. Then ask for rematch with salido **** him up. Afterward move to 175 fight Ward. Then go beat up some more teenagers. Damn he needs a manager

Hating? nope just stating facts. I personally know Loma, he trains in my town and my buddy does strength and conditioning for all the Klimas fighters. I've told him the same thing. Never denied he wasn't world class, because he's a talent but lets not crown him the best fighter ever. He was talented enough to turn pro early instead of waiting till he was 25.

I like both guys , I think Loma has too much skill for Linares hope it is a good fight though.Nothing wrong with Linares talking some **** to hype the fight up.
