Every person differs on who they think was the best, but my vote goes to Tyson in his prime. I don't think there's anyone that could've beaten a 21 year old Mike Tyson. His movement, 4 and 6 punch combinations with every punch having ko power. Had a great chin then. He was awesome to watch. 5'10 and he'd cut off the ring to guys a half foot taller. To me, he probably would've destroyed Wilder or Joshua in a few rounds back in 86-88.

Ali would have destroyed Tyson, and Forman would have as well. Frasier is closer to Tysons height so that would have been a great match. Prime Hollyfield vs. prime Tyson, gotta go with the "head" on that one. You also have to remember that Tyson would have had a hard time with the shear size of some of these Heavyweights. I think Tyson was an overall better fighter than Vitali, but Vitali would have towered over Tyson, and kept him at bay with length, size and a power jab. So I'd have to fundamentally disagree with your assessment.

and the word "dominate" belongs nowhere near the AJ/Parker fight. It was a dull flat performance from both. Parker's feints kept AJ frozen and hesitant. and every time Parker even grazed his chin it affected him. When Wilder taps that spot AJ's chin gonna evaporate.
For me the lack of PED is telling. People don't realise how effective even a 5% gain in cardio or better stamina etc... is at the top level.

How often have fighters looked bad once they start being drug tested after being caught? Often quite bad.

Yeah to be honest i feel the same way as Tyson does, i was watching some Holyfield, McCall and lewis highlighted a few days ago and i was just SMH at the current lot.

The only thing is we are one fight away from having an undisputed champ at HW which is surreal.

Not sure if the previous HW were on some type of endurance and high level drugs but they were very active in terms of punches thrown.

Interesting outlook. But that's what's fun about all of this, since we don't know factually, all our speculations are just that and make for interesting conversations about our opinions. So many different styles and fighters and eras. We've been lucky to see some amazing ones in our lifetime.

I’m not sure who they would agree to referee wilder Joshua, I don’t think having an English ref would actually be a hinderance at all (I can understand 1 uk, 1 USA, 1 neutral judge). I suspect they would end up agreeing a neutral ref though - hopefully not a similar one!
An English ref will stop the fight is soon as Wilder gets buzzed or dropped.

Yeah hope we get a yank like david fields then. He let joshua batter klitsko to kingdom come and back before stopping that one.

Joshua hasnt been impressive in his last 2 fights and Wilder should have been stopped in his fight. The current crop of heavyweights really isnt that good.
