Great fight, I can see the styles adding up to a barn burner for as long as it lasts.

According to Povetkins promoters
Or Joshua gets stripped of the belt
I think maybe he can hold the fight with wilder, maybe a double headed card for August as a co main event
Then Joshua and wilder in Nov/Dec
Problem is the Ppv
Joshua fighting in the uk earns him 15-20m sterling which is what 20-25m usd
No way he gets that in USA vs Povetkin
Fight Whyte
Don't come into the ring
Bbbbut Mandatories
It would make all the sense AJ fighting a fellow drug cheat, wouldn't it?
Only difference is that big HGH gut roided up stiff idiot would probably prevent Povetkin from using

I don't have a problem with this fight. Povetkin will be more of a threat than Parker and is a more proven fighter than Ortiz. He's better than Miller by a wide margin.

Unifications always overrule mandatories. So this isnt really a problem. Still no excuse as to why Joshua v. Wilder doesn't happen next.

It seems like UK fans are happy about The Wilder vs Joshua fight having another obstacle.
The WBA is a trash organization if this is true.
They should be trying to help fights that the majority of the public want get made.
But what can you expect from an organization that has three belts for every division?

They will either agree to fight the winner of Joshua vs Wilder or they will go to purse bid and the fight will be in Russia.
But yeah these mandatory situations make it hard to keep belts while fighting the best guy at any given time. I

But what are Hearn and Joshua going to do? We'll have to wait and see.
If not doe, I wonder if Ryabinski would try to outbid Matchroom and take the fight to Russia? Given the huge amount of money Hearn knows he would make from it in the UK, it would take a monster bid to beat him, even more than Ryabinski paid to take Wlad to Moscow, imo.
