Except it will rush negotiations for Joshua v. Wilder. If talks hit a snag -- boom, there goes the fight.

Or on the flip side: it gives Hearn and Haymon/Finkel/DiBella a clear timetable as to when they have to have the fight agreed by, thus if both sides really want it they'll be forced to work together to get it over the line before the Povetkin deadline.
