Ali lost a few fights to lesser fighters when he was absolutely shot.
He wasn't losing and getting sparked out by the likes of Ross Purrity, Corrie Sanders and Lamont Brewster in his prime.

I think Wlad could give Ali problems with his jab and timing but you'd have to think Ali's own piston jab and speed would give Wlad all kinds of issues.
Can't see Wlad's attempts to hold working either.
I see Ali stopping him late.
