I'm sure Sulaiman has read the complaint which statesErik Morales and Francisco Vargas tested positive for Clenbuterol before their respective fights of 2013 and 2016, which, indeed, took place in New York and California. THE LEVELS FOUND IN THE BOXERS AND THE INVESTIGATIONS OF THE FACTS LED TO THE CONCLUSION THAT IT WAS DUE TO FOOD CONTAMINATION.
There are several other cases and sports with examples.
The levels of Clenbuterol found in Alvarez are consistent and lower than other athletes levels from the example as detailed above which were ultimately reported as food contamination.
Clenbuterol contamination is a national health issue in Mexico and other countries.and "it is Canelo's responsibility to ensure no banned substances enter his body"By his administration or use of Clenbuterol, and/or by allowing Clenbuterol to enter his system, Alvarez engaged in conduct that reflected discredit to unarmed combat and he is guilty of unsportsmanlike conduct that was detrimental to a contest.
So the meat excuse is invalid. Canelo is a professional athelete and he is responsible for what goes into his body. End of discussion.Comment

Why not? the NSAC did the exact same thing with Mayweather
didn't investigate **** regarding his illegal IV, just because they claimed they believed Floyd's word that he didn't use it to cheat
When the IV controversy was going on they even praised Floyd saying it was partly thanks to him that extra testing existed in modern boxing
so it's happened before. The Word of a cash cow prevailsComment

He's wrong, yet again. NSAC has a "stict liability" clause in their bylaws stating: "...it is not necessary to establish that the unarmed combatant intentionally, knowingly or negligently used a prohibited substance..."
Basically, they hold the fighter accountable for anything found in their system. And depedning on the drug itself and if their is a threshold for it (which there is an absolute zero threshold for Clen), according to their bylaws, they are obligated to look at is as "was a banned substance found or not?". If no drugs are found, there is no case. If a banned drug is found, they will move on to punitive actions.
He's getting suspended. When it will go into effect AND for how long are the only two things that are uncertain at this time. Will they let the fight go on and suspend him afterwards? Or will they start the suspension on April 18th? Who knows.Comment

You put it in better words than I did. I 100% agree with everything you just said.I'm sure Sulaiman has read the complaint which states and ""
