NSAC playing it serious so when they rightfully rule in favor of Canelo, it looks like they had a real serious investigation. I like the whole act, it makes them look all professional. They're forced to make a big deal out of this because all eyes are on them right now. Canelo is innocent but they can't just rule it or else people will b*tch and moan about it. So making themselves look all hardcore softens the innocent ruling in the eyes of the anti-Canelo boxing fans and media.

It wouldn't even surprise me if DLH told NSAC to blow smoke up people's asses and make a big deal about it before ruling Canelo innocent.

I think the fight will be officially canceled by Golden Boy before the hearing. You can't be in limbo 2 weeks before the fight. They're losing advertising time. People are getting refunds. Golden Boy has to cancel this fight. Even if they cleared Canelo at the hearing the fight isn't gonna make nearly as much as it should have.

Why are people dumb enough to say the fight is cancelled. Basically they will say it was meat, and will fine him and the fight goes on. Simple

This fight is pretty much cancelled so I think it's obvious he pretty much cheated intentionally. I don't think the NSAC will cancel the fight if they weren't positive of it. IDK why they waiting till the 18th to make a decision. That makes no fuccing sense! Hope I'm wrong but I don't think I am.

yeah, I'm unsure why they'd schedule the hearing 3 weeks before the fight unless they really planned to cancel it. And like. You said, they wouldn't want to put the fight in jeopardy unless they feel they have enough reason to find him guilty. Sucks for us fans

It does suck but oh well. Can't blame them for cancelling the fight.

I think you're absolutely correct on this. I think Golden Boy promotions, Tom Loffler, Triple g, HBO, the theaters, everyone involved already know the fight is gonna get cancelled. So that's why HBO stopped advertising it and they giving full refunds back.
I do think Golden Boy promotions will cancel the fight before the 18th of April.
I just don't know what the hold-up is...
