Bennett is asking for a 1 year suspension which is in line with suspensions of other combat sports suspensions handed down by NSAC

Thats what I was thinking. I also don't think he'll fight in Vegas for a few fights/years.

And he might be a cheat but I would be pissed also if everyone knew before me.

You think they would suspend him longer if he don't show up??? Maybe a lifetime ban for "Disrespecting" them???

Replace him with a sacrificial lamb? No thanks, unless Lara or Boo been in training

Oscar figured the fight will pay for itself and he can pocket the advertisement money

He IS guilty. What is so hard to understand?

Was clenbuterol in his system, yes or no?

Just because he MAY have not taken it willingly doesn't absolve him from his responsibility as a professional fighter to NOT have any banned substances in his system.

Yeah you got a point. I do think the commission already knows it's cancelled but they just haven't told Canelo.
But I also think that if they suspend him for longer than 6 months then he'll definitely fight in Mexico in September.

It's already a year. And maybe more depending if he calls in or shows up....

Never said he wasn't. But he should have the right to at least defend himself. I see how you think. I hope you are never in charge or on any jury. Your like a lil emotional KUNT!!!

For me personally, where there's smoke, there's always fire. There's been a trend of athletes "accidentally" ingesting PEDs and having rather convenient excuses why. Whether he meant to or not, he still has an unfair advantage and the fight should be off.
