So basically they're saying we don't care how it got in your body. It's your responsibility to know what you're putting into your body. Good ruling & I agree Graz

You people do know its an election year right and some state candidates have been eye balling the NSAC for past issues. They probably if anything don't want to make an political waves.

Thanks for posting. Man, that's a harsh stance. Basically saying they didn't investigate much and it doesn't matter why Clen was there, he's suspended.

What if Oscar got pissed and hired someone to follow Golovkin with a needle and inject it into his next meal in a public place? Plenty of dudes would do that for a thousand bucks.

I'm su****ious of Canelo, but really wish NSAC investigated instead of handing a blank judgement.

Canelo killed the fight. It's 85-90% getting canceled.

HBO has ceased promoting it, MGM is offering refunds to anyone who wants one.... none of this is looking good.

And unfortunately this changes my perception of Canelo forever. Really disappointing. GBP is trash.

Thank you very much my friend. Green K sent.

              It's pretty unambiguous:
To establish a violation of this section it is not necessary to establish that the unarmed combatant intentionally, knowingly or negligently used a prohibited substance or that the unarmed combatant is otherwise at fault for the presence of the prohibited substance or its metabolites or markers found to be present in his or her sample or specimen.

he more than likely had mexi beef without failing a test and assumed mexico fixed the beef problem.
i wouldnt doubt he was clueless on the 2016 *********.

extenuating circumstances say let the may 5 proceed (especially if nelo is clean) and dole out punishments after.
The indications point to either tainted beef consumed within a day or two of the test OR the****utic use of Clenbuterol which had ceased approximately a week to ten days before testing.
