Like I said it goes both ways and basically both fan bases are showing themselves up as idiots who are allowing themselves to be played by the usual Boxing buildup/hyping of an inevitable fight. It's an easy trick to play: Get the fans shouting and screaming about it and demanding it getting thirsty and ONLY talking about that fight and then boom the fight is made and all is forgotten (well Mayweather-Pacquaio dumbass fans still cry about ducking).

Wilder was supposed to be part of the telecast. I think SKY or whoever asked him to do commentary so if he agreed on that and has reneged on that it's not cool but maybe he has something more important going on at home.
He's probably going to church! It's Easter weekend. No point in spending a weekend that is very important to Christians yelling at AJ, disrespectful Hearn, and getting involved with chump Whyte.

Wilder should show up and in-between every round scream "BOMB-SQUAD" as loud as he can to rattle AJ. And also, use the media platform while he's there, to expose slimy Hearn for trying to protect AJ.

Forget Dillian .... He's only being used as a buffer in-place to shield AJ.
Hearn isn't trying to protect AJ, or using Whyte as a shield, he's trying to use Whyte as a marinade to make more money from an eventual Wilder/Whyte showdown.

Who is acting like Whyte KO'd an elite fighter in Lucas Browne ? (well, except for Whyte...)

We all know what we saw with Lucas Browne. Whyte is ok, but as we saw he is at the same level as Chisora. The right question might be why Hearn is happy with Whyte (one of his fighters), getting their brains scrambled by Wilder to build up the Joshua fight.

Answer: he's going to get his brains scrambled by someone soon, better that it be for a big payday like Wilder (or by Joshua again).

Honestly, I can go with that if Hearn demonstrated just a hint of sincerity.

Wilder explicitly stated that he would fight Whyte only under the contractual stipulation that AJ would be guaranteed as his next opponent, and for some not-so-odd reason Hearn went mute on the idea. Wilder also stated, that he would take any percentage, as long as he dictates terms in the rematch after he KO's AJ. Hearn has been mute on that idea as well.

So much for the confidence in Whyte\AJ and the notion that Hearn is trying to marinate anything other than his pockets.

At this point the Wilder vs AJ fight is easy to make, all Hearn & AJ have to do is say yes. Its really that easy!

And as if post length has anything to do with it...! Sorry that I’m capable of putting a well-constructed and cogent argument together. I know that it’s a rarity on BoxingScene and I’m sorry you were unable to cope.
You’re right, I can’t cope with another Dillian Whyte campaign. Lol @ you writing a list of reasons why Whyte should get the fight and then prefacing it with “I’m not campaignig.” FOH.

Correct. I'm ok with it ONLY because I know Hearn is more likely to have a sex change than have Joshua fight Wilder next.

I'm not hearing anyone express any preference for Wilder-Whyte vs Wilder-Joshua.

I wonder though how things play out if neither side blinks. I'm guessing Joshua can trundle on with a Whyte rematch (again, one no-one is campaigning for, but Hearn knows he can sell it) and Miller, while leaving Wilder to go his own way while those two fights play out for Joshua, then see where the chips are at at the end of it.

I can't see how that works for Wilder though as he either goes inactive, else ends up fighting people no harder to beat than Whyte - so why not just demolish Whyte in the UK so that the UK public then demand it based on what they just saw of him.

Wilder can force the fight by taking his show on the road over to the UK and fighting whoever. If he wants to give Hearn the finger - target Haye ! Then when Haye hides under a rock (as he will), go Chisora or someone else. While Wilder remains largely unknown to the UK public, its too easy for Hearn to make alternative fights.

                1) Whyte is ranked as #1 contender for Wilder’s belt.
                2) Whyte would actually try and take Wilder out rather than be a big, stiff punching bag.
                3) Wilder would finally get a payday that the WBC Champ deserves.
                4) It would raise his profile in the U.K. & Western Europe, which is the only other market worth a damn.
                5) He would be dealing with Hearn and could make a future AJ fight part of the agreement.

Tell me what Breazeale, Miller etc. offers that makes them a more (or equally) attractive option. I’ll wait.

                number 5?

wilder asked for that in November. Hearn said no.

                nobody gives af about whyte.

wilder vs joshua is the only heavyweight fight that matters

Don’t be disingenuous. It was a list of reasons why Whyte should get the fight IF - as I expect - the AJ fight that everyone wants doesn’t happen next.

Everybody knows the AJ fight isn't happening next. We've already established that. So you're campaigning for Whyte to get Wilder. I mean you wrote a novel listing reasons why. Like Whyte is some ****ing dangerous contender or something. But let me guess, you've got another novel ready to explain why he is? Pray, spill more, campaign manager.
