Got ya. I do not disagree with anything you said. But what I have seen is flashes of what a fighter like Wilder could be if he was even just a hair more focused. He has such quick hands and natural power he could be the rare type of fighter who could KO someone with body punches or jabs alone. He could be so much better in close with just a fraction of better head movement, which added in with his reach advantage would make him so much more versatile. It seems so strange to think how much better Wilder could be, even as he has KO'd everyone. I think foot movement and balance are things he plain doesn't have naturally and seem to be actual disadvantages, so to not improve on the things he could do better is just a waste of talent. I mean, come on- improving his fraking stance in the ring would mean taking less punishment. He is a wide open so much.
I think Whyte is strictly B level. He could beat anyone on their off days, but really can't dictate anything in the ring. Chisora was hitting him clean. Wilder could end him as is. But Joshua is a solid boxer and technically sound with good balance and great power, which is why all things being equal I would not pick Wilder to beat him.
