I agree. That 115-113 scorecard was more than just a little generous. However, Amir Iman is tough as nails. He took some huge shots in there and not once ever wavered. I thought at some point, that Ramirez would stop him but yet Iman withstood the onslaught, survived and while trying to win in the process.

How did you have the fight scored? It was clear as day that, for all of the pressure/aggressiveness of Ramirez, he wasn't landing much of anything for the first 4 rounds of the fight. Gave up scoring the fight partway into round 5, but did have it 3-1 Imam after four (he was the only fighter landing clean punches).

From about round 6 or so on, Imam's spirit was breaking, but that's the fight game.

Having the fight 120-108 was far more absurd because any objective viewer could find 3, maybe 4 rounds for imam without really stressing too hard.

Off the headline I was gonna say this is one of the few times I agree with Roach....then I read the article lmfao.

I thought two judges were off too, but one of them was the 12-0 judge. Although in fairness I didn't score the fight so I can't bust the 7-5 judges balls to badly, but there is absolutely no way a good judge shoulda had that fight 12-0 for Ramirez so that scorecard is unforgivable as I saw the fight.

I think the 7-5 was ALMOST as bad as 120.One guy got it right.

What did you have it scored?

Mostly with that decision I just thought it weird there was so much disparity. 7-5 to 12-0. I can't think of many times I've seen that. One round from a draw vs every round for a guy. Thats a lil nuts. I didn't think many rounds were THAT close to potentially go either way to make that much disparity make sense.

All I hope for is the right guy won & he did last night, but I'd love to see scores make sense more often too. And that one last night didn't.

This tends to make me further call into question anything and everything Roach says. I thought the judge that scored it 117-111 (I believe) got it about right.

Errr...I don't think so, this kid has a lot of mental & physical toughness.if he pressures Progrias, & ties him up ala Duran did with me...things can get interesting.

What makes you think Ramirez WON'T get beat down? Boxing is attitude, and skill sets are patterns. Ramirez is a good boxer, but Prograis has more obvious power and has bad intentions to use it. He has good feet and quick hands. Ramirez is good. That won't be good enough in my humble, unimportant opinion

Lol, you really are an idiot!
                      Boxing is attitude.... 😄😆
That's the ******est thing I've heard all week!
Ramirez has a chin and he's also a hard hitter. Did you not see Imam's face last night or the beating he put on Mike Reed a few months ago on his way to stopping him in the 3rd round??
This is a very close fight that either fighter can win. If you favor Prograis then cool, I have no issue with that.
But to say he'll beat down Ramirez and win easily then that just shows how much of an idiot you really are and your just swinging off Prograis's nutts!
