What it sounds like is that Sulaiman (who we know is a liar) lied to the Mexican media saying that Canelo requested the test. It does not seem believable at all that boxers call VADA to ask to take a test one day while already doing random testing. Whether innocent or guilty it would be bizarre to randomly ask them to come do a test. Not only that but he tested positive twice so even less realistic that he requested both tests. Sulaiman is running his mouth trying to do damage control, yesterday he claimed Canelo wouldn't use clen because clen makes you gain weight which is a complete lie.

Canelo had no testing for Smith, delayed and questionable testing for Chavez, refused VADA for Trout, it would be the same way for all his fights if it was up to him.

Lamont Peterson requested better testing and then got caught cheating straight after so the logic doesn't even hold up even if it was true that Canelo was the one wanting more tests.

requesting tests before starting training for an important event isnt something new in mexico, and that has a lot to do with food contamination, soccer team does it every time they have international tournaments, thats how they found out some of their players had clen on their blood.. but will need to find more reliable sources than just sulaiman, so i wouldnt bet my house on it...

But the tests were Feb 17th+20th which is after the fight was finalised on Jan 29th and so within VADA's testing period anyway.

I am not saying that Canelo was clean..... just pointing out that 4 different PROFESSIONALS have all drawn the same conclusion

hey, you are a pacfan..... right ?

so, tell me, Mr pacfan..... what conclusions did you draw after your detailed, THOROUGH, investigation into the Pac-refusing-to-test, debacle? lol

Did they say it was inconsistent with the****utic use?

it could very well be the normal vada test, im not debating cuz i dont really know, but also nothing guaranteed that he was going to be tested before entering camp.. if vada didnt do it then is also understandable that he will requested on his own..
now if he was already inside the vada testing period then it will be really dumb if he was doing peds knowing he could be tested any day...
clen doesnt last long in the system, so for him to come out positive then it means he was doing peds during the vada tests period, dumb, really dumb if you ask me..

On the other side of the coin, just because the results fall into levels normally found with meat contamination, can also mean he was just tested at a time when the drug was at similar levels leaving his body when they thought it would be out. I don't know why they just don't submit to a hair follicle test and get this over with? If he's clean it will show he's clean for the past 6 months. If not, then that would show, too. It's scary when the masses start trying to go off of someone's word, or council presidents' word, instead of scientific based facts. Otherwise, what's the point of testing? Someone can just give them an "ocular pat-down" and say, you're clean.

Antonio Fernández Hernandez, who is a doctor for the WBC, has reviewed the facts of the incident and he believes it's clearly a case of food contamination.

At the same time, Hernandez believes Canelo's handlers should have been more careful - especially since the issue of clenbuteral is well known in Mexico.

"Canelo has everything at hand... doctors, nutritionists, a physical trainer, so this is an oversight. The amount [of clenbuteral] they found is very little, it was an accident, a mistake by his team.. because he probably ingested contaminated meat," explained Hernandez.

LOL! You forgot to mention not doctor but "curandero."

Maybe Pednelo should had the curandero to clean him with an egg.

Looks like team member skroo-up like I thought. But if it happens again, THEN there's a problem.

But it won't make any difference to the Canelo haters. Kinda like the goofballs who voted for Dump. Couldn't tell them a damn thing, still can't. Canelo haters buy into that program for life. No going back.
