Deontay speaks the truth, how many HW's are fundamentally superior to 'King-Kong' Luis Ortiz? Alexander Povetkin, Kubrat Pulev, Dillian Whyte, Carlos Takam, Jarrell Miller? face it, the HW division belongs to the 'Bronze-Bomber'.

40-0, tied with Joe Louis for second place for consecutive knockouts in heavyweight title defenses with seven. Joe Louis, fitting it is that Louis went by the moniker 'The Brown Bomber' -- but this is a new Era, the 'Bronze-Age'.

Soon Deontay will surpass Luis, so then what after that? Tommy Burns? no, he had points victory before his KO streak : Deontay Wilder has KO all his rivals since winning the HW championship of the world ; one more KO and that's it Deontay is officially the P4P hardest hitter in the sport of all time! His 39 knockouts are the most by a heavyweight titlist through 40 fights!!!

You must understand Deontay is dealing with immortals, history - nobody in the present is ****ing with Deontay Wilder!

AJ makes it look easy once this clown realizes he is the B-side and just does his part by signing the contract he is handed.

Lol Joe is a legend Wilder is far from that status. The fact that you make such a comparison is laughable and says all we need to know about your ignorance.

People getting way too caught up on Ortiz's age and ignoring his other qualities, such as his power, his superior skills, the fact that he's a southpaw in a division where that's extremely rare, the fact that he has a history of juicing etc. Even if he were actually 100 years old, that doesn't change that he was still an extremely dangerous fighter. Klitschko was over 40 too when he fought Joshua.
How did you assess Ortiz's performance in the three fights previous to the Wilder clash?

If Ortiz had rabbit punches in Arsenal he’d have won. They’re especially effective when opponent is in trouble.

Ironically enough his last fight demonstrated the exact opposite.

Someone with just a good skill set can beat him, they just have to avoid getting caught.

Showed he was beatable but that's obvious. All heavyweights are.

You'd doubt their level of comp off a man who routinely gets in the ring with 15-20 odd stone men didn't get splattered a few times. What did Sam Peter say: You cannot tekk ma paunches'.

Both AJ and Wilder will lose in the next 2 years imo.

Joshua beats a clearly aged fighter with skills and certain folks crown him. Wilder beats a presumably aged fighter with skills and certain folks dismiss it as if somehow he was gifted a win against a subpar opponent.

Styles make fights and Wilder is saying that no current heavyweight has the style and experience to beat him. That's a pretty fair assessment when you consider there is only ONE fighter that most folks can envision beating him. He beat the boogeyman remember. If Klitschko put Joshua down, and Whyte had him on ***** street, what makes it impossible for Wilder to finish him?

Why are people still questioning the very brief pause before the start of the round when Wilder had already recovered in his corner before the bell rang???????

You're right. All Wilder is saying is that no one has the skill set AND ability to keep from getting caught over 12 rounds. It's a legit opinion even if it may prove untrue.
