It seems the standard of proof for the athlete, to prove his innocence isn't very high. In this particular instance, it seems there is no universal standard that applies.
    Also from that link.

"All of the values were below 1ng/ml and therefore in the range of potential meat contamination cases."

    Canelo's was 0.6-0.8

So it has been confirmed that one CAN have Clen. metabolites show up on a urine test simply from eating meat?

Does it offer any idea of how much meat it would take?

I do remember seeing the ng/ml amount, which I was curious about from day one, and I do have to say that is really low, as most street drug tests have cutoffs around 10-20 ng/ml. But in another link, it said that .6 - .8 can be expected on average, after only about 2-3 days after last use.

In a urine test it has to have been from eating the liver and even in that case large amounts of liver and the chances of that are apparently 1%.

I think if a fighter is pissing dirty he's clearly dirty.

Seems legit. Just had a nice dinner with Erik Morales at his cattle ranch. Who woulda thunk it would turn out like this.

only three out of 100 mexican soccer players popped for clenbuterol had a concentration greater than 300 picograms. canelo had double that on the low end.

what do you consider a low level concentration?

How much does Canelo actually benefit from having high end meat contamination levels of clenbuterol?
According to this article, "Clenbuterol’s anabolic effects are primarily seen in animals and not humans." In humans it works mostly as a stimulant that can be used to aid weight loss. So perhaps Golovkin is correct in asserting this will have no impact on the outcome of the fight. https://supplementpolice.com/clenbuterol/
I'm over this "nothing burger" no pun intended, am looking forward to weekend's bouts.
