Most ****** excuse so far for Clenelo being "innocent"

I've heard/read a lot, but I think this takes the cake lol

How about if Canelo was a dinner guest. Was he supposed to have a tester handy ? Or refuse the food of the host?this would be seen as arrogant and highly disrespectful in our Latin culture.1-levels detected by direct consumption 2-levels by indirect (They are saying the latter)

now he's a dinner guest, that's icing on the cake.

    How about you guys?

He doesn't need one according to WADA. All Mexican athletes get a pass.

“We acknowledge that the clenbuterol meat contamination issue is unsatisfactory,” said Olivier Niggli, Director General, WADA. “Accordingly, since 2011, the Agency has carried out several research studies aimed at providing analytical means to distinguish ingestion of clenbuterol by pharmacological origin versus that of meat contamination,” he continued. “We will continue to invest in scientific research to try to solve this issue as quickly as possible,” Niggli continued. “However, in the meantime, we maintain that disciplinary proceedings against athletes with low level urinary concentrations, from countries known for significant risk of exposure, would have little to no prospect of success; and, would be very unfair to the athletes concerned.”

For Clenelo, it seems like it CAN be true, but with all the history of this "tainted" meat, you'd think they know better.

I heard Nery, Vargas and Povetkin were also at that dinner party.

That's also as dumb as saying
"Canelo is a millionaire. He should have imported his beef."
"A millionaire wouldn't eat street tacos"

With all this research supposedly done, certainly they can determine how much contaminated meat actually has to be consumed before Clen. can actually be testable via metabolites in the urine.

It seems the standard of proof for the athlete, to prove his innocence isn't very high. In this particular instance, it seems there is no universal standard that applies.
