Hmm it seems like you could switch the order of the names and it would apply to either guy lolJoshua always has the first mover advantage and while he isn't a one punch ko artist he gets the job done. Wilder hasn't really been hit hard by a live opponent. He gOT hit by a pensioner who was also way shorter than him and he was ready to go. Joshua won't let him go once he smells blood and if he hurts you he will finish you off. Wolder is too dependant on his power, he will need more than power when facing Joshua.
They're both flawed in their own way. Still above the rest.Comment

Agreed I would lean towards Joshua as well for pretty much identical reasons. All I'm saying is that people acting as though it's a foregone conclusion are probably putting a bit too much faith in the guy. A complete nobody could KO Joshua and I'd just shrug.Joshua always has the first mover advantage and while he isn't a one punch ko artist he gets the job done. Wilder hasn't really been hit hard by a live opponent. He gOT hit by a pensioner who was also way shorter than him and he was ready to go. Now there is always the chance that Joshua continues to improve his skills and defense. In that case I might change my mind. As it stands I would favor Joshua against anybody but I probably wouldn't be willing to put any money on him.Comment

Agree, both are flawed and limited boxers, and still completely untested.
They have both had 1 proper fight in there careers.
AJ/Wilder is 50/50 contest. Eddie hearn dont like those odds, and wont let AJ in the ring unless it is a guaranteed easy win. Eddie Milking the UK fanboys for all its worth.Comment

I wouldnt be so sure they are way above the rest. Wilder and AJ are so flawed that any of the top 5 guys could easily take them out if the land a good punch.
You cant really make that call when they havent thought any of the top 5 guys except for OrtizComment

Wilder was exposed badly by a shot aged out Ortiz. Exactly why he was handpicked by Haymon and DiBella is just being the good puppet he is. I don't know who is a bigger fraud :Joshua always has the first mover advantage and while he isn't a one punch ko artist he gets the job done. Wilder hasn't really been hit hard by a live opponent. He gOT hit by a pensioner who was also way shorter than him and he was ready to go. Joshua won't let him go once he smells blood and if he hurts you he will finish you off.
