Yep, I'm even more confident now than ever before. AJ matches Wilder for height and reach so won't have to stretch to get those straight shots in like Ortiz. So Wilder either runs backwards and tries to survive and comes forward and gets beat up.

I mean, this was Wilders best performance but it also showed the worse in him, i.e. no defence, useless jab, bad footwork and over reliance on the right hand. AJ has everything to counter that, a better jab, better right hand, power and foot work.

Maybe he does, maybe he doesn't. Let's just see the fight if AJ gets past Parker.

Lol AJ is nowhere close to being as good technically as Luis Ortiz.
Are you hoping Wilder catches illness again or something?
Muscles won’t stop Wilder from touching that weak chin of Joshua.
        Once that happens it’s over.

This has got to be a joke. Wilder just defeated the toughest opponent on Anthony Joshua's entire resume. He was both undefeated, never been knocked out or down as an amateur or a professional.

Trust me at 260 lbs; Joshua's chin won't be that hard too find either. He is a lot slower, bigger and lacks the defense and stamina of "King Kong"/ Moreover, he doesn't have the same amateur pedigree or is as fundamentally sound as Ortiz either.

I hate to say it but the "Bronze Bomber" would fu ck Anthony Joshua up pretty badly.

Or wilder lands that freakish right hand and puts JOSHUA to sleep. Gonna be a hell of a fight. I think Joshua is a way better all around fighter but Wilder right hand can't be stopped for 12 rounds. He's gonna land it and probably hurt Joshua at some point.

Joshua can't move and make the small adjustments like Ortiz did, don't have the reach advantage or is a southpaw. Wilder will just stablish his jab and then take his head, that is a stationary target. Like I said before, Ortiz was a stylistic nightmare for Wilder, Joshua is the wet dream

Intriguing match up made all the more intriguing by last night.

Wilder struggling to assert himself, rocked badly and generally believed to be behind on the cards - bailed out massively by his obviously insane power. The guy was 214, please remember. Forget the negative talk of Ortiz now, hindsight is 20/20 - in the lead up we all saw him as wilders biggest test and he proved to be just that.

AJ being the much sturdier and more steadfast of the two gasses out dramatically and is too stiff to avoid a wilder onslaught for sure. Yet also has shown heart and character to pull himself out of a mess.

This fight is way to intriguing to simply sit and say “**** destroys ****” - whoever you are saying it in favour of.

Too true, though I have a feeling that the 'gasses out dramatically' line may not be true come the end of the month. If Joshua is really coming in at the Breazeale fight weight (or lighter) then I don't see stamina being an issue at all, though we shall see.

I get it. You’re a fanboy. That’s why you take offense.
