AJ should make light work of him, Joshua won’t have to reach for him like Ortiz. Of course Wilder’s power is a threat but even then he’ll need several clean punches to win, this one punch assumption has been disproven time and again. As for Joshua, his stamina is the only worry. He’ll need to pace himself, perhaps even when Wilder is hurt but the British refs will not give Wilder that much time if he gets hurt as badly as he was tonight. Respect to Wilder he came through a huge test his own way.

Ortiz knew about that right and even in the first round tasted a glance from it and was extra careful to avoid it...Ortiz even found a way to counter it and got his first knock down that way... Yet he was done before the championship rounds....and you think Aj will have the boxing ability to avoid Wilder's right?
Its ironick because your analysis is correct but its like saying, all anyone has to do in Baltimore is stop the crime and it will be a nice city... Yeah......
I doubt AJ will fight Wilder given a chance. I know he will want to and imagine his team saying something like when Robinson's team was asked to fight Charlie Burley, "come in Moe who else you got." Parker better watch it because AJ is gonna want to make that happen!
Wilder was missing by a mile with the right so it's not hard to avoid.. And he didn't miss because of Ortiz's boxing ability.. He just missed because he times it wrong.. Ortiz didn't even move but Wilder missed.
All AJ needs to do is nullify that.. Watch the fight how open Wilder's chin is.. He gets put to sleep mark my word.Last edited by NahMean; 03-04-2018, 12:01 AM.Comment

Yeah. You mean the same Fury who was knocked down hard by a Steve Cunningham right who he outweighed by 50 pounds? The same Fury who has been in rehab for coccaine addiction, whose weight ballooned to over 100 lbs over his fight weight, and hasn't fought for years? That's a recipe for success.Comment

You know for a fact AJ could walk over from the first bell and ko wilder with the first flurry, and vice versa, he was getting beat by Ortiz until the inactive 38 year old gassed and couldn't apply pressure.... just like WK did to AJ..... it's just you fanboys can't see it.Comment

I beleive AJ will have the boxing ability to nullify Wilder's right.. You don't need Lomachenko skills to avoid one type of punch. Wilder has no other skill, he only has his right.. That's all. You font need boxing master skills to work on avoiding ONE punch.

Bull****! And most people here pretty much know I'm Joshua's biggest American fan. But you can't tell me after that gut-check win by Wilder tonight that anybody is taking this guy out with ease. Too long and too much power to just roll right through him and showed tonight that he's got the heart and guts as well. All credit to him, now AJ has to go out and take care of business against another tough HW in ParkerComment

Not true, he has amazing stamina and can windmill you to a finish and outpunch you just like he did to a gassed Ortiz, did you see whenever he stumbled Ortiz how quick he was to try the windmill?..... it's effective man, Ortiz was up and Wilder just buzzed him and finished him...... you have to be fit to beat WilderComment

Joshua would have no bearing on this fight .
Wilder was saved by the 7th rnd bell and he showed hes tough as nails ,however .....
Ortiz was too cautious with the left , and he didnt throw many body jabs that he usually does from outside !
Joshua IS close range exploding counter puncher who doesnt back up if he stuns you ( Ortiz did this one too msny times ) .
People should rate all these guys top 3 .Last edited by juggernaut666; 03-04-2018, 12:12 AM.Comment

Thanks, bro. I also think this is the more pressure fight for Wilder. It was the key test to pass to unify. The fight against AJ will be easier in my opinion.
Lastly, Wilder needs to stop the crap of talking too much. He put too much pressure on himself going into this fight, thus hindering him in this fight. He was way too cautious for those 1st rounds and rarely used his jab against Ortiz. He was pushing Ortiz's jab down instead of firing his own.Comment
