With the schedule issues here's some noteworthy cats who don't got a fight lined up or a promoter that maybe it could be:

    Danny Garcia
    Gary Russell
    Shawn Porter
    David Benavidez
I immediately thought Porter. Not sure why, he just seems like a guy willing to explore opportunities like this.

Hearn discussed this on IFL.TV about a signing..

I reckon Spence is a good shout.

From what I know about the way Hearn operates, many of his fighters don't have managers, because Hearn handles the whole financial side of his promotions himself, and gives each fighter a breakdown of exactly how much they are going be paid in the contract for the fight. I believe that includes a guarantee, plus a percentage of the income.

Just like his next opponent is a Haymon fighter.
How do you know if that's true or not?

I believe Haymon fighters are not tied to him by a fixed term contract and can stop using his services whenever they like.

Nah he breaks down the financials of the fight/fights on offer, and puts it to the fighters team, including their manager.

What is fishy to me is that many have what I would call 'in house managers' such as long time Hearn friend, Tony Sims.

Yeah .. if they have an independant manager.

As you say, many of the fighters advisors are closely tied to Hearn themselves.

Would be crazy if it was Ward.

I doubt that Hearn would be saying "Kell Brook beats Spence at 154, 100%" if he'd just signed Errol.

That wouldn't be a good way to kick off a new business relationship!

Ok, fair enough. Having one guy as manager, another guy as promoter, wouldn't be anything new.
