Hearn's spot on with his assessment.
Eubank Jr lacks so many fundamentals its unreal.
One thing I would say though and in agreement with Hearn is that he has gotten quite far with lets face it, limited skills.
He has all the tangible and intangible assets that any great fighter needs... Stamina, speed, decent power, grit, heart etc...
If he had a good trainer who know's where he'd be. At 28 it may not be too late to implement some of the fundamentals needed to go far.Comment

Bellew won fought a guy who smashes world class fighters, where Eubank fought a guy who tends to outpoint the better men he fought. Also, Bellew did win a proper version of a world title. Eubanks best win was an ancient Abraham. Bellew is annoying as hell, but he don't post videos of himself knocking out novices in the gym.Jnr getting the criticism he earned.Comment

Hearns qoute from article:
"The most important thing for any fighter is to have a trainer. He is a star, he is unbelievably entertaining to watch but any world-class boxer will beat him. He hasn't got a trainer - how does somebody get that far without a trainer!? If he doesn't change, he won't win a world title but he's got a lot of a****hole and he's tough."
does hearn mean when he says "hes got a lot of arsèhole & hes tough"
This dude is such a ****ing weirdo sometimes...Comment

Fact is, junior has had this much fanfare simply because eof how big a star his father was. We should realise by now he is one of the biggest names in the last 30 years.
Another fact is junior is athletic and fit but can't throw a straight punch, something he lacked 4 years ago and lacks even now lolComment

Little Eddie jerkin off Bellew behind the ropes. Eddie throws his roster at Wilder yet never backed up Bellew when Bellew was was yelling girl gossip with Wilder. Then Bellew saw Wilder and he shat in his pants. The same Bellew jerking himself behind the ropes at Heavyweight. “And das daht!”
Woah. That came from the soul.
Been holdin’ that one in...

A trainer isn’t suddenly going to turn him into a P4P fighter
There is a limit to his ability, which he isn’t far off already. But I’m sure this trainer angle will be used to sell another big fight, and gullible people will eat it up.Comment
