One thing I would say though and in agreement with Hearn is that he has gotten quite far with lets face it, limited skills.

He has all the tangible and intangible assets that any great fighter needs... Stamina, speed, decent power, grit, heart etc...

If he had a good trainer who know's where he'd be. At 28 it may not be too late to implement some of the fundamentals needed to go far.
I don't like him, because of the way he's gone on about being world class for the last 6 years, and that he was superior to all his rivals, when I could see all along this was waiting to happen because he had **** fundamentals.

I do agree that he has heart and a good chin though, although I don't think he has much power at the higher levels.

I think unless he has a personality transplant though, it is too late for him to learn what needs to make him better.
He would need to be humble, take on a top trainer and learn basic things like footwork and balance, which he should have done as an amateur.
He's too arrogant to admit he has a lot to learn though.

I also think it would be difficult, although maybe not impossible, to teach him fundamentals now anyway - it would be like re programming him from the base up.
He's most likely stuck in his ways at 28, so that when he's under pressure, he'd revert back to his old mistakes.
I really can't see him taking on a new trainer anyway, but time will tell.

If he was a star, his star has faded somewhat in the last week.

He's become a bit of a joke, even among casual fans.

The new narrative in the UK press, desperately trying to keep hes star alive, is "he's done kind of well considering he hasn't had a trainer". This guy has had a few good trainers, along with some very experienced people working with him. He's just not as good as they hyped him to be. But carry on with the nonsense..

                I second this.

He became a joke after calling out GGG then losing his pen when Hearn called his bluff, but he got his credibility back by entering the WBSS tournament and demolishing Yilderim.

Now he needs to change his training team and start doing things properly.

Eubank can be like the UK version of Broner. you're a laughing stock but still pretty entertaining.
