World Boxing Council President Mauricio Sulaiman has revealed that his organization granted a special permit to welterweight champion Keith Thurman, so he could make an optional defense on May 19th at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. WBC effed up severely.? Why not have Danny vs Shawn next fight...... the so called final of the final elimination for Keefs belt ( or belts ). Then they catch a better sanctioning fee, both damn times. Bigger fights, more elimination of the upper echelon. That’s truly effed up. Match ups are bringing in the most money, none of these guys can do **** on their own at this point in boxing. Not even Floyd could do big numbers when he fought Berto, because the public did not care for that match up. Thurman vs Spence or Crawford are his biggest money fights.
