Floyd isn't going to lose relevance as long as ESPN, FOX and the networks show him at sporting events and cover every social media post he makes. Floyd has shown himself to be a "social media expert" in that he knows how to make timely posts that attract a response, especially from those that do not like him.
If people could just control themselves and not respond then he'd be much less relevant. It's amazing that effect he has on those that hate him the most.Comment

I feel like Mayweather either craves attention or simply craves money, or both. I'm not hating on the man, he's made a successful living off of what he does. But isn't it funny how both times when Canelo/GGG was announced he posted something right after? It's like the guy can't stand someone getting more attention then him. I don't know. I've never been a big fan of Floyd but his love for money might go sour one day. He's been mostly inactive against legit boxers since his win over Berto in '15. If and when he decides to return to boxing against a seasoned, active fighter, he could potentially lose.Comment

Floyd could have retired 5 years ago and he’d still be more popular than pacquiao. No one mentions pacquio around here unless it’s a Mayweather thread lol.
