Chico has all the rights to file a case. There's an existing contract between parties and he's suppose to earn money out of it win or lose. The fight didn't pushed through because the other party didn't fullfil their end of the contract so clearly that party should be held liable and resposible for their failure.

ok so castillo should pay thats true. but its bad enough he has to pay money he didnt make but suspending him? thats to much. in those 2 years he would have aged and skills will go down hill. After paying chico how is he going to support his fam of he is Ban or fired for 2 years
