Corrales Suing Castillo for 2.4 Million and askin that he be suspended for2 yrs

Who said he signed the contract on his own, i believe he was forced into doing it by arum who he was yellin at durin the weigh-in sayin "I told u i couldnt make it" as corrupt as boxing is i cant say this is all his fault, i think he got pressured into this fight and was forced to sign the contract.

If Arum threatened to take away Castillo's money or leave him if Jose didn't sign for the fight, then Castillo should sue Arum.

Also, this is very simple. If Castillo couldn't make weight after trying very hard, it's not his fault for not making it. None of you can prove he failed it on purpose.

Either way, I can't attack this lawsuit because I don't know all the facts yet.

The problem is he can't make weight anymore...if I am not mistaken I think there was an article where Castillo was asking for the fight to be at a higher weight, but Chico bitched out because he knew Castillo would be healthier and stronger.

For Chico to want Castillo not to fight for 2 years is Bull****:
why would you wish another Fighter not to earn a living, especially for 2 years, where time is money, and time is not in your favor...I could see him suing for money lost in the fight, but dam, wanting another fighter not to fight simply because he couldn't make weight anymore; especially since everybody knew Castillo wasn't able to make weight anymore; they simply wanted him to kill himself to make weight so that they {the Chico team) would have the advantage.

Seriously, I am kind of sick with the lower weight class fighters and the whole weight issue: I understand that if it is in the contract that both fighters should make weight, but when one fighter obviously can't make weight anymore, asking to just fight at the next weight level, which is 5lbs, anbd you not willing to for the sake of making the fight happen and the health of the other fighter, it is bull****.

How come you never heard Chris Byrd complain about Wladamir walking in at 245lbs? because the Heavyweights don't have weight limits, and that is why they are considered by the public, when good , "THE MAN."

I agree, this whole thing is ****ed up. You could tell that Corrales is a punk and would do something like this, I bet Corrales controlling wife also had a say in what Corrales is doing. I hope Castillo gets out of this ****ed up situation, people act as if Castillo failed to make weight at 135, then to move up to 140 and fail to make weight first try also, I mean come on, its obvious that the man can't make 135 anymore, and I don't even wana hear this crap about Castillo being scared cause pretty much every fight Castillo has been in was a war. Remember Castillo also took 4 trys to make weight agaisnt Reyes, so is Castillo scared of him also?

Chico is a punk, Castillo weighed the same against Reyes as he did in his 2nd fight with Chico and you didn't see Reyes get knocked the f out. Chico's punk ass should have agreed to a catch weight like Castillo was asking for before the 3rd fight was a done deal, but I guess the punk wanted Castillo to come in with no chance at beating him. You could even tell from the first fight that Castillo wasen't at his physical prime for 135 anymore by having trouble making weight and he still gave Corrales hell. There is no way in hell Corrales will ever fight Castillo again cause he knows he has no chance above 135 unless they let him come in with a bat, and even with that advantage I doubt Chico would pull it off.
