Yes they should fight. This kind of fight with the best fighting eachother at their Best will help the sport alot actually. You're an awful fan sorry.

Unfortunately inactivity is the new trend in boxing.

is this really what boxing fans want now?
Lol no more marinating we saw what happened with juanma and gamboa and getting pac vs floyd out their primes

I don't think we'll see Thurman-Spence until late 2019 unfortunately. I think Thurman is very clear on that fight being pushed back. In the last two years he's expressed a lack of interest in multiple fights annually (remember after beating Garcia last March he said "I may fight again in 2018"), so he's got his two tuneups and then who knows maybe another injury or a re-match with Garcia or Porter.

If Thurman keeps winning I suspect Crawford-Thurman is 2021 if at all but I think if Spence wins we'll see Crawford-Spence in 2020 but in an ideal world we'd see it next year. 2020 if both keep winning could be huge but Crawford will have to get a name opponent in the ring. If not Pacquaio, perhaps Danny Garcia.

crawford hasnt done nothing at ww yet, he needs to fight porter and garcia before even mentioning thurman or spence. why should all the top wws battle it out while crawford sits and watches?! hes the new guy in town and must prove himself in this div. dont get me wrong i know he will prove himself, but thats just the way it should be.

well pacquiao and floyd did the right thing monetarily. made a tony of extra cash fighting nobodies like robert guerrero, chris algieri, etc. then cashed out fighting each other for 4.5 millionish views. if i was a fighter that's how i'd want to do it. but i'm not! i'm a fan, and i wanted them to fight in '09.

what i don't understand is why fanboys have decided that this is what they want to see. they want to see their fighter protected and getting rich instead of taking on challenges and making for exciting fights.

i'm starting to realize that bscene plays a huge role in that. these guys are literally reluctant for somebody else. they're scared! they're worried their guy will lose, and they're worried that they will have sounded like an idiot for hyping him up and being wrong.

                the solution:
don't be a punk, f#ggot fanboy and demand that these guys fight each other in their primes. FFS unless they're complete morons with their money they won't be going into the poor house over a loss. most of the guys who get to TV regularly are millionaires and in the very top tax brackets anyway. they should make enough money in their primes to live like wealthy men until they die.

f#cking bsceners are basically giving up historically great fights, like pacquiao - mayweather, or potentially crawford spence, so their guy can buy another ferrari. another one! he's already got one

When one of them loses, then what? Then who will you be excited to see the winner fight next? Without Crawford, Lomachenko and Spence, there are no true elite level fighters in the child size divisions. They will lose a lot of glamour.

Hearns losing to Leonard didn't kill his "marketability". That's always been a myth. When you make fights people want to see, guess what usually happens...

That's what makes the fight intriguing. It's obviously not realistic until late 2019 / Early 2020 but we also gotta consider how long Spence plans to stay at Welter. He's a BIG Welter. By 2020 will he be able to make 147 healthy? But if and when the fight makes sense to happen they obviously should make it happen. Spence and Bud seem like they're striving for greatness and don't care about being Rappers, Business Owners, Celebrities first over being fighters.

You don't need to worry. Arum won't allow it until 2020. I want this fight now!
