There are definitely question marks over Ortiz, because of his PED test failures and the fact that it's now 3 years since his standout KO of Jennings. 3 years is a long time for a boxer in his late 30s.

That's why I think that another quick Stiverne type blow out probably wouldn't be a good outcome for Wilder. The ideal outcome for him would be King Kong coming out looking strong and dangerous, giving Wilder hell for a couple of rounds .. then getting blown out like Stiverne.

Difference is that Wilder/Joshua will be a bigger fight than AJ/Parker, with the chance of the fight being on PPV here in the US. So I don'[t understand why people would think that AJ and Hearn should also take more than half of the US revenue. Hearn would never accept that Wilder takes the US ppv revenue while AJ the UK.

Yep it's massively different. Wilder is the B side and wants to be the A-side in a rematch.

That's fair he would take the smaller share but if he wins and it's a rematch the figure goes in favor. Just get this fight signed and bring back big time boxing to the fans.

It's a great idea. Wilder takes whatever they offer him now and, if he wins, AJ has to take the exact same amount in the rematch. Simple yet effective.

AJ vs Takam had 334,000 views in the USA, and it was on free TV.

AJ might bring the money in the UK, and he may be capable of filling Wembley with tickets at 10 pounds a piece, but Wilder had the US market (887,000 viewers while going head to head with College Football and a UFC event)

so let's talk real numbers here, if AJ vs Wilder happens on PPV, where is the big money coming from?

He say he’ll ram his jab down my throat. He say he gonna knock me out with one punch. But they don’t wanna sign that contract, though.”

How the heck is AJ saying all those things about Wilder if he won't even mention his name?

And what contract is he talking about there?

I believe that AJ is fighting Parker next and Wilder is fighting Ortiz in 3 weeks time .. or have I missed something?
Wilder is a ******, his comments are classic oxymorons. He first says AJ doesn't talk about his peanut behind or calls his name then goes ahead in next statement of saying AJ would ram his fist right out throat. Wilder needs that pay day so bad, this *****r left his true wife who was with him when he had ****, now he has some bit of greens he has divorced his wife and now dating a gold digger with light skin...***** is so dumb!
