These guys don't make the money to have a full time PR person/team. I'm pretty certain they rely on Al and PBC for any PR. If they have a PR person/team they aren't with them full time and it's probably on a contract type of basis.

Lol, what? Keith has a history of injuries. He was out for all of 2011 with a boxing related injury, he fought Collazo with a hand injury, he had to postpone the Porter fight due to an injury in a car accident, and he fought against Danny Garcia with injury.
