He wound up accepting blood testing up to the date of the fight, which turned out to be about 11 days out if I remember correctly.
This also makes no sense because if he wanted to duck those guys it would have been easy. He was already in negotiation for a rematch with De La Hoya. Everyone was aware of it and the fight was close to being made. So he could have just rematched Hoya and then left.
Cotto was already locked in for his next 2 fights.
Margarito wasn't on a hot streak. Floyd fought Hoya in May 2007. In July 2007, Margarito was busy losing to PWill.
Now keep in mind the twist to the whole thing people fail to mention while swinging on Floyds clit. Floyd also wanted ALL PPV sales. The deal is a deal in a whole. BOTH TEAMS are at fault and their egos ***ed it up from the get go. It was only until the show was ending that these demands didnt mean anything anymore so why not take the fight and bank some easy 100 mill.
AND Floyd ducked out on the rematch with DLH. Ray Charles can see that! Despite the reason (I THINK) Floyd almost lost that fight with DLH. And a rematch would have most likely went to DLH

Manny didn't need Floyd, so he fought JMM for far less and got KTFO. If you feel this way then you shouldn't have an issue with anyone clowning him for that cowardly decision.
with all that said...we should be saying Haymon and Arum rather than Manny and Floyd. Floyd can talk all that talk he want to but Haymon pulled the stings on that puppet just like Arum does with Manny. That own boss shlt is just that! Shlt!

That's a win-win-win for Manny fans-justify ducking, blame the KO on PED's to denigrate the JMM KO, then use the duck to take away from Floyd beating Manny because it happened after the KO.
Must be nice!

The under card is just being thrown in the air at this time dumbass.
Crawford or Horne can be anything in a PPV bout...they need Manny in there if they can sell a PPV...depending on who Mannys opponent will be. Dumbass
Read the news dumbass. Not the hype. Making you look ****** is easy. Find a room and kill yourself
Arum suggested Pacquiao’s involvement in the card would determine whether Horn-Crawford would be part of an pay-per-view card or televised on regular ESPN in the US.
And he made clear that Pacquiao would not play curtain-raiser to Crawford and Horn, possibly hinting at a shared main event.
“Pacquiao don’t fight on undercards. The ESPN guys know how to market and present events and they know how this will be handled,” Arum told ESPN.
“It won’t be an undercard. It will be something very unique and when we do it, it will be appealing to everybody involved.
“(Crawford-Horn) is virtually done. It’s not signed yet, but we hope it will be in the next week.”
While it’s not yet clear who Pacquiao could fight in his return, Arum claimed the eight-time world champion was pushing for a top-level fighter to prove he’s still able to beat the best.
