Most of Floyds fighters will because they dont make anywhere near 8 figure paydays much less 7. Manny did. And had his right to counter.
But was the company really an issue? Manny Pacquiao's team also said they were willing to use USADA as late as 2013 for the Rios fight. Here's proof of that:

According to Lem Satterfield of the Ring, Pacquiao wants random drug testing for his upcoming bout against Brandon Rios—the same random testing he refused when faced with a fight against Mayweather. He quotes Pacquiao’s advisor, Michael Koncz, as saying:

"The fact is that Manny has requested random drug testing for this fight. We still haven't decided which entity we'll use. It's going to be either USADA or [VADA.] It will be one of the two. We still haven't decided. We're still discussing it, but the bottom line is that there will be mandatory drug testing."

So this seems a bit like an excuse. They apparently didn't have any problem with USADA.

Sure, he can counter what Mayweather wanted, but he already did. Mayweather wanted testing up to the fight and Pac wanted 30 days. Mayweather gave into 14 days and he wanted 24, which you've already agreed was ridiculous. I think we can agree, like Roach, that the first negotiation seemed to be Manny's team's fault.

BOTH TEAMS are at fault and their egos ***ed it up from the get go. It was only until the show was ending that these demands didnt mean anything anymore so why not take the fight and bank some easy 100 mill.
I agree that having all PPV sales is bogus. But at what point was this made? This wasn't from the first negotiation. The first negotiation was 50/50 split. I'm not even aware of the other negotiations because I don't believe there were any. There was the 2nd negotiation which Arum all but admit was bogus because he never talked to anyone from Floyd's team. Then there was a reported phone call from Mayweather to Pac, and I thought that's when the no PPV thing came up, which again I think was a shlt offer. For me there was only 1 negotiation, when they had the contract for 50/50 and Pac skated out.

Lol. Dude. You just said he ducked Cotto and Margs. Now you're changing it to he ducked De La Hoya whom he already beat. If I'm not mistaken, the rematch was supposed to be at 147...? He agreed to all of Hoya's demands for the first bout. Second bout would have been easier I think. He would have been given at least some more pull in setting it up because he won the first bout. That fight wasn't a split decision (in actuality, I mean). There was no reason to duck Hoya, but hey, only he knows for sure why it didn't happen I guess. I think he just was over boxing at the time and didn't want to fight. He was saying he was wanting to retire even before that. It's like Ward. These dudes get burned out and need a break. But again, only he knows for sure. I don't think most people rail on him for not fighting Hoya a second time.

The under card is just being thrown in the air at this time dumbass.
Crawford or Horne can be anything in a PPV bout...they need Manny in there if they can sell a PPV...depending on who Mannys opponent will be. Dumbass
Read the news dumbass. Not the hype. Making you look ****** is easy. Find a room and kill yourself

Arum suggested Pacquiao’s involvement in the card would determine whether Horn-Crawford would be part of an pay-per-view card or televised on regular ESPN in the US.

And he made clear that Pacquiao would not play curtain-raiser to Crawford and Horn, possibly hinting at a shared main event.

“Pacquiao don’t fight on undercards. The ESPN guys know how to market and present events and they know how this will be handled,” Arum told ESPN.

“It won’t be an undercard. It will be something very unique and when we do it, it will be appealing to everybody involved.

“(Crawford-Horn) is virtually done. It’s not signed yet, but we hope it will be in the next week.”

While it’s not yet clear who Pacquiao could fight in his return, Arum claimed the eight-time world champion was pushing for a top-level fighter to prove he’s still able to beat the best.

Floyd beat JMM so no he wouldn't be considered greater. It should be noted Manny took the JMM 4 fight instead of fighting Floyd. His getting KTFO was karma for picking the easier opponent.

Of course if JMM was black Manny would've done either 1 of 2 things:

1-waited to fight him like he did Floyd and Mosley or
2.-Never fought him like Zahir Raheem, Zab Judah and Crawford.

Yet he probably wouldn't make a statement like Hagler only decided to fight Duran after Hearns KO'd him when in fact Hagler beat Duran first or wouldn't claim Hatton at 147 was better than Hearns above 147 or Duran above 135.

You have comprehension issues. I said hatton was more prime when he fought floyd than duran and hearns were when they fought hagler. That other poster and i were having an argument about prime fighters you d1ckriding fanboy. You always twist facts like a lying little prick but you're bias and its expected.

So I asked what was better that version of Hatton or those versions of Hearns and Duran and you said Hatton. My point is there wasn't a version of Hatton better than any version of those guys in the 80's.

You re-affirmed your belief that Hatton in 2007 as a welterweight (clearly not his best especially given the Collazo gift) was better than that Hearns or that Duran. You also said that 2001 version Corrales was better than that 1985 Hearns.
