The fact is #48 and his BOSS bob arum were refusing to cooperate.

But you're ignoring that they were in mediation during the first negotiation with everything being agreed upon except Pacquiao needing 24 days to recover from giving less than a tablespoon of blood. Come on, dude. That's ridiculous. 14 days was clearly enough. His own trainer asked for 5 days. He wound up accepting blood testing up to the date of the fight, which turned out to be about 11 days out if I remember correctly.

He retired after DLH to duck that and also to not fight Marg or Cotto in their both hot streaks. There was to much good fighters dangerous fighters out there after DLH...So he quits. Comes back to fight a little JMM that had to come up two divisions to fight him...OVER A PRIME ELITE 147 FIGHTER. HMMMMMMMM

This also makes no sense because if he wanted to duck those guys it would have been easy. He was already in negotiation for a rematch with De La Hoya. Everyone was aware of it and the fight was close to being made. So he could have just rematched Hoya and then left.

Cotto was already locked in for his next 2 fights.

Margarito wasn't on a hot streak. Floyd fought Hoya in May 2007. In July 2007, Margarito was busy losing to PWill.

I think the big majority of fans are fair when judging how good boxers are who are of a different race. I think if Marquez had been black he would be considered just as good or great as he is now. No better and no worse. He would be judged by his ring performances and not his race. Sure there are boxing fans who are bias in favor of their own race but they are the minority.

We get it-you are fine with Manny turning down Floyd to fight JMM. All this does is allow his fans to suggest he would've done better had he not turned the fight down.

Manny didn't need Floyd, so he fought JMM for far less and got KTFO. If you feel this way then you shouldn't have an issue with anyone clowning him for that cowardly decision.
