All for Philly but fights in Brooklyn. He could have helped revitalize Philly boxing scene but sold out to Brooklyn.

      I think it's a record.
Let's not forget the gift he received when he tried to cherry pick.

Man, I wish Danny was just a bit more willing to take risks at 147. I like the guy. I like the way he puts on for Philly. He has a great story and as long as he isn't on his A-side trip, the guy seems pretty chill. However, I need to see what he is doing after this Rios fight. He can't be resting on his laurels from 140. It's game time. Porter or Spence. Otherwise, I am not trying to really hear from him...

He plays it safe to much for me. It's crazy he never pushed to fight Cotto! This guy has no legacy

You're actually okay with this **** cherry picking fight? You defend this crap?
So he didn't fight those fighters I mentioned as underdogs? I always thought he did. My bad. I wish he'd have fought Mattheyse, Thurman and Khan. Would have been good fights.

I actually acknowledged he's picked some soft touches but he's also fought around a dozen world champions too and it's convenient to forget at the times he fought Holt and Morales those were important fights and good scalps as he was a young up and coming fighter. Also, Peterson and Herrera were no cherry picks. Peterson was in his prime and a very good fighter.

Call me crazy, but Rios actually might have a chance here. Garcia has no footwork, and is usually a forward fighter. If Rios can stay close and turn it into another Rios/Alvarado 1 brawl, he could have a chance. That's probably the only way I'd see Rios winning, anyway... If Garcia keeps the distance, he wins.

Oh hell!!! Ricans are not going to like the fact that he now represents where he was born and not his heritage!!! When Philly turns his back on him because he's such a hype job he will remember that he can make money by throwing shout outs to Ricans!!!!

I just want to point out the humor in this statement, since Clubber Lang's character was born, raised and trained out of Chicago

He never pushed for Mayweather either when he had the chance. For a sport full of alpha males its amazing to see how passive Danny is about his career.
