I agree with you, Lara is a poster child for the "Sweet Science!" However, he fought Angulo when he was much younger (30), and Angulo did well, until Lara broke his face, and his head swelled up like a balloon! I think Hurd has more in his bag of tricks than Angulo, and Lara is older now (turns 35 in June), so this is now much closer a 50/50 fight.

Lara and Trout fight nothing alike. If Hurd goes into this fight expecting it to go the same way as the Hurd-Trout fight he will be in for a huge awakening.

I completely agree. I just don't see Hurd being able to cut the ring off and doing enough damage to slow Lara down to stop him late. I expect Lara to outpoint him all night.
