Yeah goosen kept winning in court & ward had no case at all. He was just trying to brute force his way out of the contract by refusing to make money while Goosen was dying.
The biggest moment of his life on this earth was punching a guy in the bottom of the athletic cup and a blind ref thinking it was a body shot, in a rematch of a fight he clearly lost the first time around.
His whole existence is some string of tragic luck.
He will make a big comeback from his fake retirement & put on another ****show filled with suspicious officiating against an overseas fighter in the US.

Former world champion Carlos Baldomir will remain in custody in Santa Fe, Argentina while he is being investigated for the alleged crime of sexually abusing his daughter.
Earlier today, the local justice today rejected a request for his release and aggravated the charges by adding on another offense - "corruption of a juvenile".
The measure was ordered at noon by the judge of the Criminal Investigation Preparatory (IPP), Nicholas Falkenberg, after a three-hour hearing in the basement of the Palace of Courts.
