It's either get knocked the f**k out by Garcia or slapped a few times by Lomaputa. No doubt Linares is gonna choose to get slapped.

Neither Garcia or Lomaputa are draws so the money will probably be similar for either one of them.
You missed the part where he told the WBC not to start proceedings and he'll make the fight only to turn down a fight with Linares. Those are crucial facts.

Mikey would be stripped I'm guessing because he's already turned it down and Linares is the real champion. Mikey was given a fake WBC title because Linares was "injured" before the Crolla re-match.

When was that? Last info I seen about this fight was the WBC ordering them to start negotiating on March 12th. If Mikey told the WBC to wait then Linares is free to fight whoever he wants.

But if Garcia and Linares are supposed to start negotiating on March 12th and Linares opts to fight Loma (and the WBC then strips him) then he's clearly ducking Garcia.

Mikey being a girl about it. If Linares fights Loma and BEATS him Mikey is ******ed to not fight him. Hell whatever happens between Linares & Loma (assuming they fight) Mikey would be ****** to not wanna fight the winner.

Give me the top guys fighting & I'm good & one could argue Mikey, Loma & Linares are the top guys around that weight (granted Loma hasn't fought there, but being #1 at 130 makes him a top player immediately at 135 when he goes up) & them finding out who's #1 at 135 is good for boxing. And I'm always going be a fan of whats good for boxing over these dumb a$$ feelings things & politics & random bs that get thrown out far too often.

Last year after Garcia-Broner and I believe Linares-Campbell so by your logic Mikey has been the one doing the ducking up until now.

I think Mikey will be one of those great level guys that never had a defining fight or he had it too late.
What is a defining fight to you? If Mikey dominates his opponents, it doesn't mean he never had a defining fight or fought them too late, it means he is just better.

Lipinets is a good fight. The problem is he is the best guy at 140 among the names you listed so fighting those names after is anti climatic.

If he never goes to 140, the best fight would be Loma, but I doubt Arum will make the Mikey/Loma fight. If he goes to 147, then he would fight the Spence/Crawford winner.

IMO he would lose to both.

At their ongoing convention in Baku, the World Boxing Council has ordered a mandatory fight between WBC lightweight champion Mikey Garcia (37-0, 30 KOs) and WBC

Last year, lol. You're a clown. That's old s**t. The WBC just ordered Garcia and Linares to negotiate on March 12th. No "ifs", "ands" or "buts" about it. If either Garcia or Linares drops out of it this time they're the one who doesn't want the fight. I'm sure if one of them doesn't comply they'll get stripped.

Idk that he's full of sh^t cuz its not like he's not mentioned Loma before, but yea he missed a opening by not saying "I don't give a f#ck I'll fight Linares next or I'll fight the winner or Loma vs Linares in Aug/Sept" or something along those lines.

What I do think is Mikey wants to be the pretty girl getting the attention in this situation & with Loma in play he's just not gonna be that. And he won't be til he beats a Loma (I don't think a Linares W even takes him there personally) or unifies 140 or do something bigger than he's done.

Granted he's done great for himself post-TR, but he's not quite there yet & if he wants to be where he wants to go he needs to embrace a fight with Loma or beating everyone who's a player at 140 or doing some damage at 147 if he thinks he can hang with the best guys there.

Too many mfers wanna be stars without doing star sh^t. Leonard paid his dues. Oscar paid his dues. Floyd & Manny paid there dues. Some of these mfers keep trying to sneak in the party without paying their dues doe.
